Sacha’s practice involves advising clients on a broad range of business-related matters, including in the areas of corporate, commercial and privacy law. His client base is comprised of public and quasi-public institutions, large private corporations, small businesses and not-for-profit and charitable entities.
Sacha is a graduate of the Michael G. Degroote School of Business at McMaster University, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude, receiving an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree and a minor in Economics. He subsequently attended the University of Western Ontario, Faculty of Law, where he received his Bachelors of Law degree with a specialization in business law. He was called to the bar in 2005 after articling with a prominent Toronto business law firm. He returned to Hamilton in 2006 and, prior to joining ESB Lawyers LLP in 2013, spent seven years as an associate and subsequently as a partner with the Business & Property Law Practice Group of another well respected Hamilton firm.
Sacha presently serves on the Board of Directors of the Hamilton Health Sciences Foundation and as a member of its Governance Committee. He is also a member of the McMaster Alumni Association Finance Committee, the Hamilton Law Association, the Ontario Bar Association and the Canadian Association of University Solicitors.
