What uncommon value delivered by a culture of service means to me:

It means guiding our clients through whatever process they need help with, however familiar or unfamiliar it may be to them, so they know what to expect in every situation. It means always being proactive and thinking three steps ahead in order to avoid problems, delays, risks and other issues that our client wouldn’t otherwise know about. It means actively and diligently getting things done the right way. Above all, it means re-thinking what it means to be helpful, responsive and valuable to our clients.
